Business incubators and business accelerators provide a range of support services to entrepreneurs in business creation and during the early stages of the business lifecycle. This policy brief looks into the potential of business incubators and business accelerators to support entrepreneurs from under-represented and disadvantaged groups and what can policy-makers do to encourage this.
