AUPEX was born in 1992, as a non profit organisation gathering over 210 folk-high-schools, most of them located in rural areas. The organization develops a variety of lifelong learning projects in the field of culture, environment, art, languages, democratic values, citizen participation and, particularly, digital and social inclusion. AUPEX plays an essential role in the lifelong learning of those who live in rural areas and marginal neighbourhoods, focusing on social-labor inclusion and citizen participation, especially through digital skills enhancement. Thus, AUPEX contributes to a better society, creating the conditions for the equal opportunities among citizenship and empowering people in a changing and challenging context, in order to contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive development. AUPEX manages the Digital Literacy Programme of Extremadura, implemented in over 75 digital competence centers across the region, reaching over 29.000 users every year.

ABAP – APS is a scientific-cultural-environmental association and a non-profit organization, founded in Bari (Italy) in 1995 by a group of freelancers and researchers. From the beginning, the principles of the Association are oriented towards focus areas of public interest (vocational courses, study groups, literacy campaigns and awareness on environmental issues). Since 2012, ABAP is a Social Promotion Association. Association of Nordic Engineers
The Association of Nordic Engineers, ANE is the cooperation organisation for trade unions representing engineering profession in the five countries of the Nordic region. Lifelong learning is the focus area in our work, as we consider that competence development should be the right for all professional categories without making a distinction. This year in cooperation with the network of technical universities in the Nordic /Baltic Region, and the Danish national coalition of the EU Skills and Jobs Coalition, we published a policy paper outlining the Nordic frontrunners in the provision of lifelong learning opportunties to boost the digital tranistion. The results were debated at the conference in October, and the follow-up foresees the creation of a Nordic lifelong learning network. The Institution of Pias, located in Ferreira do Zêzere in the center of Portugal, 120 Km from Lisbon, with a population of around 10.000 inhabitants. As a private entity, who provides a public service the Institution has many competencies established in cooperation with the government and developed a lot of projects related to entrepreneurship, employment, training, education for children, adults, and seniors, social inclusion, health quality, active aging, several projects related with local and national volunteering projects and culture. We have a big institution where works above 60 people, 10 of them are volunteers. We promote different classes for over 50 years and these classes are given by our volunteers. Our most successful classes are the foreign languages, so our motivation is about to have foreign people that can share with the older people their language, culture, traditions etc. sothat the older people can do the same to the volunteer.

IGOR, Lifelong Learning Centre was established in August 2019 by Igor Štavlić after his 25 years work experience in business sector and adult education sector. IGOR is a private company which is offering nonformal adult education. We are providing educations in the field of entrepreneurship, rural tourism, teacher training courses, business communication, financial literacy, financial preparation of the project, and other education for the right skills for jobs and life skills, which is consistent with the European Skills Agenda. Until now, IGOR was engaged in lots of EU project as a short-term expert for educations. We can provide the different educations and workshops for adults and other target groups. Depending on the specific requirements of specific groups, we collaborate with different external experts. Also, we record and edit educational video content in accordance with methodological-didactic criteria for e-learning needs

The National Network of Local Action Groups in the Czech Republic
The general goal of the NN LAG CR is first and foremost to support the activities of Local Action Groups, to promote their cooperation and transfer of experience. The objectives of the NN LAG CR are the following: a) to improve the quality of life in rural areas through continuous and integrated local development; b) to ensure reciprocal transfer of knowledge and experience between the individual members of the network and through the cooperation with the EU Member States and their LAGs and EU institutions.
Thanks to the strong representation of LAGs, the Czech National Network associates all the major players involved in rural development at local level - 170 member LAGs consist of 2790 rural enterprises, 6003 municipalities and 2159 civil organization. We cover more than 95 % of rural area. NN LAG CR cooperates closely with state institutions (ministries, regional authorities) and other national organisations (Agrarian Chamber, Association for Rural Renewal, SMEs Association etc).
