The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.

Description of the Pledge:

Fundación Bertelsmann is promoting the project “Alianza para la FP dual” with the objective of implementing in Spain a dual VET system with high quality standards.

 

Key activities of the project

- Set up working groups with several stakeholders to discuss a dual VET quality model to be implemented in Spain.

- Organise a network of companies, institutions and secondary schools committed with a dual VET quality system.

- Advise companies to implement dual VET projects (already working with big companies).

- Set up a network of company tutors focused on the dual VET system.

-Spanish Chamber of commerce (Cámara de España).

-Fundación Princesa de Girona.

-Companies (around 10 of the most important Spanish companies are members of the executive committee of the project).
