Description:Spanish Chambers want to contribute to the implementation of the dual vocational system in Spain. With financial support of the ESF and the expertise and technical support of the German Chambers of Commerce, we will plan to implement six pilot experiences in different regions and sectors in Spain, in order to gain experience and later on expand the methodology broadly.
Our main activity will be to develop pedagogical tools and to train tutors in SMEs, especially on soft competences allowing them to better accompany the apprentices and maximize their learning outcomes and degree of satisfaction.
