|Description:||In the last three years, INOVALAB hired some apprentices to develop research projects related to the study and development of numerical models for the simulation of complex electrothermal processes involving electromagnetic, thermal and fluid-dynamic problems.|
The apprenticeship training plans include a significant training programme to be held at University, and the close collaboration with this educational institution is ensured by the presence of university tutors and business tutors who, with different roles, are involved in the university and business world.

The main aim of INOVALAB is the transfer of innovative technologies from the academic world to industry in the electrothermal processes to achieve optimum energy management, lower consumption and more efficient and controlled energy use.
