Description:

Skillogs makes the pledge to train every year at least 200 apprentices in several industries, using innovative methods and digital tools to achieve the following goals:

  • Decrease the dropout rate
  • Improve the success rate
  • Boost the employability of the learners
  • Strongly involve SMEs

Methods include considering the learning path through the scope of heutagogy (self-determined learning).

Digital tools include Intelligent Tutoring Systems, providing personalization of the training for every learner, immediate and personalized instruction and feedback. These adaptive tools allow every learner to have a dedicated experience of the apprenticeship program.

Collection and analysis of data allows detection of apprentices at risk of poor performance, recommend to the student specific courses, or additional efforts for some lessons, decides what material to present students and provides individualized support to students as they learn, for example messages about why their answer was incorrect.
