Our company "Bucher Municipal" successfully cooperates with the Ventspils Vocational school, as we have welding and machining apprentices from the school. Our apprenticeships scheme leads to a nationally recognised qualification. Moreover, apprenticeships are paid through scholarship provided by Bucher Municipal.
