Description:

GRTU Malta Chamber of SMEs will focus on developing quality apprenticeship schemes and enhancing the image of apprenticeships in Malta.  We believe this approach will lead to more apprenticeship opportunities. GRTU will work closely with employers to help them to meet some of their skills needs through apprenticeship contracts. We often receive complaints on low quality apprenticeships, both from apprentices and employers. GRTU will address such barrier by developing a professional matching service able to ensure that the mutual interests of employers and apprentices are assured.

With such quality-oriented approach, we will support employers willing to engage in apprenticeship opportunities for young people.
