With its long experience in mobility actions within the EU and our close liaisons with the regional business community in Marche Region, E.N.F.A.P. Marche is a reliable partner hosting students and staff under the ERASMUS+ Programmes. E.N.F.A.P. Marche works to provide students and staff engaged in mobility with tailored paths to upskilling.

In particular, E.N.F.A.P. Marche works in areas linked with the key sectors of our regional economy, such as:

- Agriculture

- Mechanics

- Paper industry

- Hotels and Tourism (with professionals such as cooks, barmen, receptionists…)

- Beauty and Grooming (beauticians, hairdressers…)

- Footwear

- Fashion

- Nautical industry

As part of this commitment, in 2017 E.N.F.A.P. Marche will develop a model of "Apprentices lines Mobility Guide", in order to promote mobility between companies within its network and to schedule planning actions for apprentices engaged in mobility.

We pledge to involve all apprentices and to inform their companies about the opportunities offered by EU’s Programs on mobility.

Furthermore E.N.F.A.P. MARCHE aims to support Schools and VET providers in promoting apprenticeships amongst companies.

Short company / organisation description:

E.N.F.A.P. Marche is the training provider of UIL Marche Region and networks with local businesses and with prestigious national and international stakeholders since its foundation.

Between 2010 and 2016 ENFAP Marche organized over 507 vocational training courses, qualifying about 4.500 employed and unemployed individuals in various fields such as healthcare, mechanical engineering, textile/footwear, administration, logistics, renewable energies, agriculture, tourism, furniture and home automation/robotics.

More than 1.000 apprentices were trained by E.N.F.A.P. Marche during the last 5 years.

E.N.F.A.P. Marche is interested in the field of vocational training to success for young people, a crucial pathway to success for young people, workers and the economy as a whole.
