Description:

The bank helps to educate and train young people through various vocational education, apprenticeship and internship projects, helping them to obtain a professional qualification and employment experience according to the needs of companies. It aims to improve prestige and reinforce the Professional Training in Spain, helping to disseminate and collaborate with centers, students and companies in the development of high quality educated and trained professionals.

1) Dual Bankia: Dual VET in Bankia  -  Financial advisor

  • 100 Students of the Higher Cycle in Administration and Finance.
  • Design of the curricula with specific training in Financial Advice.
  • Information sessions and corporate training.
  • 2,758 hours of training (1,368 in Bankia).
  • Second promotion in progress in Madrid and Valencia: 50 students per promotion.

2) Dual Bankia: Dual Bankia Foundation  - Main principles

  • Promotion and improvement of Vocational Training and Dual Training
  • Provision of professional, academic and personal integrated orientation guidance
  • Support, promotion and dissemination of Vocational Training and Dual Training
  • Research and innovation in the labour and educational field
