After a two-year post-doctoral training period in Mexico, the Marie Curie fellowship represented the best option to reintegrate the European research environment within optimal working conditions: a good salary, a renowned host institute and a significant amount of funding for travelling, which would allow me to communicate on my work and to develop new collaborations.
Véronique is a researcher in astrophysics. Her work will help us better understand the distant Universe. But before she can do so, she needs to find a place in a lab, build her own networks and increase her visibility. This is a small price to pay for such an ambitious objective.
