BBC science communication workshop

Silver Hall, 11/03/2014 (09:30-10:45)

For fifty years, BBC Television has been making science programmes, bringing all branches of science, engineering and technology to the screen. But in a digital world that offers almost limitless viewing choice, how can broadcasters and other organisations communicate science in ways that engage the widest possible audience? This session will explore, through BBC programmes and digital media, how innovations in content, form and technology lie at the heart of creating compelling science content.
