This seminar will provide a step-by-step guide to strengthening the project pipeline – producing a constant flow of quality projects – while ensuring that results are achieved in the 2014-2020 Operational Programmes. There will a keynote presentation from the European Commission and a special focus in this seminar on: administrative capacity building, measures to support business development and innovation, issues around state aid, the particular challenges for ESF in relation to social inclusion and deprivation, plus, developing and selecting result-oriented projects, and the ex ante project appraisal procedures for major projects (both for infrastructure and productive investments).
