Programme description

Main objectives

The OP will contribute to promoting the management and efficiency of the ESI Funds in order to ensure a consistent development and internal cohesion, as well as the contribution to the achievement of the key EU and national development goals:

Funding priorities

The Programme will focus on 4 main priorities:

  • Ensure efficient functioning of coordination, management and monitoring systems
  • Ensure the institutional capacity of the bodies involved in the governance of the funds
  • Information and communication related to the management of the Funds
  • Audit and control

    • Expected impacts

    • Ensure the fulfilment of the n+3 rule for all the Operational Programmes;.
    • Reduce the average time of reimbursement to the beneficiaries to ten days;
    • Ensure that the error rate related to audit remains below 2%;
    • increase the degree of interest of citizens in matters relating to the ESI Funds
