"The fellow goes through a very strict selection that guarantees quality". This is one of the key assets of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships according to Ricardo Amils, Director of the Department of Planetology and Habitability at the Centro de Astrobiología in Madrid.

Dr Ricardo Amils supervises the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Grantee Enoma Omoregie who features in this video. Dr Omoregie holds a PhD in marine microbiology and extreme environments. His research in astrobiology is focused on microbes that form or dissolve minerals that may exist on other planets. The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships are designed for experienced researchers seeking to establish themselves in Europe by building on knowledge gained in another country.
