Registration of Organisations

Registration of Organisations

Organisations wishing to take part in Erasmus+ have to register first.

Where you register will depend on whether the action for which you want to apply is managed by the Education, Audiovisual, and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) or by a National Agency (please consult the Erasmus+ call for proposals page for more information).

Actions Managed by the executive agency

Funding & Tenders Portal

The Funding & Tenders Portal is where organisations wishing to participate in actions managed by the Executive Agency must register.

Once registered, you will receive a 9-digit Participant Identification Code (PIC). This unique identifier of your organisation will be used as a reference by the Executive Agency in any interactions.

To sign up to the portal, users will have to open an account with EU Login.

More information on using the portal is available in the portal's online manual.

Actions managed by the National Agencies

Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps platform

Once registered, you will receive an Organisation ID that you can use when applying for an accreditation or grant.

To register your organisation, you should first open an account with EU Login.

More information on using the platform is available from the platform's online help.
