Erasmus+ Programme Guide 2015

What is it?

The Erasmus+ Programme Guide is an integral part of the 2015 Erasmus+ Call for Proposals and its revisions 1 and 2.

The document provides information on:

  • the priorities of the programme
  • the actions supported
  • the funding available for different actions
  • detailed information on participation

The conditions for participation in 2015 are described in the latest version of the 2015 Erasmus+ Programme Guide (Version 3, published 14/11/2014) and the Corrigendum published on 04/02/2015, describing the changes introduced in the field of Higher Education and the application deadline for Jean Monnet.

The previous versions of the 2015 Programme Guide  are available below:

Following the first revision of the 2015 General Call for Proposals, version 2 of the Programme Guide introduced the following main changes:

  • the deadline for Strategic Partnerships in the fields of Education and Training (Key Action 2) has been brought forward from 30/04 to 31/03/2015.
  • the conditions under which Russian institutions are allowed to participate in the capacity building action in higher education (Key Action 2) are detailed in line with the European Council conclusions regarding bilateral cooperation with Russia.
  • the conditions of participation for Partner Country organisations under Collaborative Partnerships in the field of Sport are the same as those defined in the 2014 Programme Guide.

Compared to the previous version, version 3 introduced the following change:

  • ACP countries are not eligible under KA1 - Mobility projects between Programme and Partner Countries in the field of higher education.

The 2014 Programme Guide is also available for consultation, but applies only to the 2014 Erasmus+ Call for Proposals.
