The Erasmus+ Programme has various supporting documents for individual participants as well as organisations.
Model Application Forms
Templates of the application forms to be filled in by applicants wishing to participate in activities supported by the Erasmus+ Programme. In order to be considered eligible, the application forms must be duly completed and submitted to the National or Executive Agency within the deadlines set in the specific calls for proposals.
Model Grant Agreements
Templates of the grant agreements to be signed with the beneficiaries of Erasmus+ funding.
Erasmus+ Charter for Higher Education
A document outlining the general framework for cooperation activities to be undertaken by a higher education institution in Erasmus+.
Erasmus+ Student Charter
A document provided to students selected for Erasmus+, informing them of their rights and responsibilities during their Erasmus+ placement.
European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS)
ECTS is a credit system designed to make it easier for students to move between different countries.
These agreements are established by higher education institutions participating in Erasmus+ for mobility activities for students or staff.
