Creative Tracks is a pilot project co-funded by the European Union which aims to foster professional and talent development of creative entrepreneurs worldwide. Online training, conferences, networking between artists and culture professionals and publications are just some of the ways in which the project provides formal and informal networking opportunities, bringing together young creatives from Europe and beyond.

One of the project's initiatives is the Roberto Cimetta Fund mobility programme, which has recently selected twenty cultural entrepreneurs (13 women and 7 men) from the Euro-Arab region. Travel grants are awarded to individual artists, managers and cultural operators with an international perspective and a strong connection to their local culture. The winning projects aim to have a long-term impact on the arts and culture sectors in the Europe and/or the Middle East/North Africa in terms of preservation, renewal and development.

Another initiative is the b.creative challenge organised by KEA, addressing social issues and creative entrepreneurship. Young professionals from various creative fields have been called to submit applications for interdisciplinary projects and collaborations regarding delicate themes such are poverty, education, mental and physical wellbeing, environmental sustainability and many more. These challenges shared by humanity require innovative approaches that unfold through the potential of arts, people and the change that this connection can produce. Visual arts, advertising, architecture, crafts, design, fashion, film and video, gastronomy, publishing, radio and television, computer games, performing arts have been welcomed to take part in the process.

The winner, selected from the shortlist of 10 projects, will be presented in December at the b.creative event in Shenzhen, the closing conference of Creative Tracks.

Creative Tracks has also recently organised networking events in Brazil and Mozambique reaching out to its global network of members. Future events include:
