What is it for?
The Creative Europe programme provides opportunities to stimulate interest in European audiovisual works through the promotion of events, films, literacy, and festivals.
What does it support?
Initiatives promoting a diversity of European audiovisual works, such as festivals and other promotional events;
Activities promoting film literacy and increasing audience's knowledge and interest in European audiovisual works, including the audiovisual and cinematographic film heritage, in particular among young audiences.
Who can take part?
European entities (private companies, non-profit organisations, associations, charities, foundations, municipalities/Town Councils, etc.), established in a country participating in the MEDIA sub-programme and owned directly, or by majority participation, by nationals from such countries.
Individuals may not apply for a grant.
