The European Qualifications Framework (EQF) is a translation tool that helps communication and comparison between qualifications systems in Europe. Its eight common European reference levels are described in terms of learning outcomes: knowledge, skills and competences. This allows any national qualifications systems, national qualifications frameworks (NQFs) and qualifications in Europe to relate to the EQF levels. Learners, graduates, providers and employers can use these levels to understand and compare qualifications awarded in different countries and by different education and training systems.

  3. Staatsexamen: Lehrämter der Grundschulen bzw. Primarstufe (6-7 Sem.)

    Type of qualification This qualification is a higher education/university degree. A system of tiered qualifications has been agreed upon in the European Higher Education Area. These are Bachelor degrees, Master’s degrees and doctorates. Master is the title given to academic qualifications which are awarded following successful completion of the second cycle according to the German Higher Education Qualifications Framework and the qualifications frameworks of the European Higher Education Area. Persons acquiring academic degrees at Master’s level are qualified for a career in academic research or for activities on the labour market. The usual period of study is a minimum of one year and a maximum of two years, equivalent to 60 and 120 ECTS points respectively (normally a total of 300 ECTS points). Description of the qualification (learning outcomes) Knowledge and understanding Persons acquiring a degree at Master’s level have demonstrated knowledge and understanding which normally builds on and significantly extends and deepens the knowledge and understanding acquired at Bachelor level. They are in a position to define and interpret the particular characteristics, limits, terminologies and schools of thought within their field of learning (extension of knowledge). Their knowledge and understanding forms a basis for the development and/or application of independent ideas. This may take place in a practical or research-oriented manner.   5. Bachelor in het onderwijs: lager onderwijs

    1. De Bachelor in het onderwijs: lager onderwijs begeleidt autonoom en in het Standaardnederlands leerlingen bij hun leer- en ontwikkelingsproces. Vertrekkende vanuit de beginsituatie van de klasgroep en de individuele leerling en de eindtermen en leerplannen formuleert hij concrete doelstellingen en selecteert hij de passende leerinhouden, leermiddelen, werk- en groeperingsvormen. Hij kiest geschikte differentiatie-, evaluatie- en remediëringsmethodes. 2. De Bachelor in het onderwijs: lager onderwijs creëert een positief leer- en leefklimaat in de klas en op school waarin leerlingen zich kunnen ontplooien en worden voorbereid op maatschappelijke participatie. Hij bevordert emancipatie en speelt gericht in op de diversiteit binnen de leerlingengroep. 3. De Bachelor in het onderwijs: lager onderwijs beheerst de leerstof voor Nederlands, Frans, wiskunde, wereldoriëntatie, lichamelijke opvoeding, muzische vorming en de leergebiedoverschrijdende thema’s leren leren, sociale vaardigheden en ICT en vertaalt deze op een kritische manier in leerinhouden- en activiteiten.
