    General Description: Objective(s) of a study programme: prepare professional bachelors who are able to take care of individuals (especially those suffering from existential difficulties), community health and spiritual well-being in accordance with Christian values. Learning outcomes: Upon graduaton from pastoral care study programme, students shall: 1. Perform pastoral work guided by the Christian concept of the individual as well as by moral and social teaching principles of the Church. 2. Apply the knowledge of psychology theories to ensure the effectiveness of pastoral work taking into consideration existential characteristics of individuals and communities. 3.     Future specialists of social work for the protection of children’s rights study theoretical models of social work, child policy and models of welfare, legal representation of children, theories and models for prevention of violence against children, methodology of social research, strategy of implementation of children’s rights, implementation of minors’ rights in the criminal process, children’s and family’s consultation and mediation, systematic assessment of social programmes, justice for minors, etc. Practical training is organized in institutions for the protection of children’s rights.
