    Objective(s) of a study programme: To provide fundamental university education in compliance with European standards in the study field of social sciences (code L500), the branch of social work (code L510), and to train specialists whose professional competence would enable them to effectively solve social and medical problems at all levels of the health care system when providing and organizing specific social services to clients and their families and ensuring their continuity; to form the strategy of social support in the health care system. In the development of the study programme of Social Sciences, specific aims were pursued which, in harmony with the function of the study programme, would comply to the Regulations in the Study Field of Social Sciences and a job description of a social worker in the health care system: 1.
