The European Qualifications Framework (EQF) is a translation tool that helps communication and comparison between qualifications systems in Europe. Its eight common European reference levels are described in terms of learning outcomes: knowledge, skills and competences. This allows any national qualifications systems, national qualifications frameworks (NQFs) and qualifications in Europe to relate to the EQF levels. Learners, graduates, providers and employers can use these levels to understand and compare qualifications awarded in different countries and by different education and training systems.

  2. Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Land Force Military Leadership, Lieutenant (NAA)

    The aim of the study programme is: - to provide an opportunity; - to acquire all the necessary knowledge and skills in Military Leadership; - to develop decision making and problem solving skills, and also skills to command his/her unit in diverse and constantly changing or unclear circumstances during peace-time and when the state is under threat, including extreme and dangerous environment, enhancing development of a versatile personality; - to instruct competent military commanders of different levels, who are competitive at an international level , and are able; - to put into practice their knowledge and skills acquired, as well as; - to demonstrate understanding, thus attesting a high standard of professionalism. Study outcome: - to be able to command staff, supervise the duties of subordinate structures, assume responsibility for decisions taken and their consequences; - to adhere to high standards of ethics, act within the law, feel responsible for the influence of professional activity upon the environment and society, ensuring cooperation with the government, foreign and municipal institutions, legal entities and individuals within their field of operation; - to be able to use the acquired knowledge in business management and personnel psychology to achieve the goals set, - supervising their implementation, taking decisions and making changes with the purpose to optimize the task.
