Qualification Information

Students will be able to:

(general competences)

  • identify the issue of processes and risks in the functioning of systems, be it small, medium or large companies, and the complexity of managing modern companies,
  • master knowledge of management, entrepreneurship, law, economics and IT,
  • master comprehensive knowledge in the field of managing human resources, technology and knowledge,
  • pursue an applied approach,
  • participate in training and seminars in the field of system management,

  • demonstrate familiarity with business IT,
  • demonstrate familiarity with quality engineering,
  • manage human resources,
  • master knowledge,
  • master the process of constant improvement,
  • master system analysis,
  • resolve issues related to commercial law,
  • demonstrate familiarity with decision-making support systems,
  • demonstrate familiarity with teamwork support systems,
  • lead and demonstrate familiarity with the organisational culture,
  • demonstrate familiarity with business ethics,
  • demonstrate familiarity with smart systems,
  • demonstrate familiarity with finances, accounting and company economics,
  • demonstrate familiarity with systems simulation,

Students' knowledge is assessed by means of practical exercises and seminar papers, and also via products, projects, performances, services, etc. and by examinations. Examination performance is graded as follows: 10 (excellent); 9 (very good: above-average knowledge but with some mistakes); 8 (very good: solid results); 7 (good); 6 (adequate: knowledge satisfies minimum criteria); 5–1 (inadequate). In order to pass an examination, a candidate must achieve a grade between adequate (6) and excellent (10).
