    General Description: The programme aims to contribute to the qualification of professionals and researchers in the field of Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology emphasizing a European approach and perspective. The Master implements the main guidelines developed by the EuroPsy model for the European Diploma of Psychology (EDP) supported by the European Federation of Psychology Association (EFPA). It also follows the Reference Model and Minimal Standards of the European Curriculum in WOP Psychology established by the European Network of Work and Organizational Psychology Professors (ENOP). According to the ENOP Model, the main areas considered in the Master are Work (W), Organizational (O), and Personnel (P) Psychology. In each of these areas The Master Programme aims to develop two types of knowledge and skills: explanatory and intervention.     Objective(s) of a study programme: The objective of the study Programme is to equip the bachelors in forestry with theoretical knowledge, methods and technologies, and tending of forest ecosystems, sylviculture, wood science and wood business. The students shall be capable of analysing and solving problems of the sustainable forestry, wood industry and bioenergy. The students shall be able to assess quality of the roundwood and wood products, manage forest holdings in the context of changing environment.
