28. To perform technical maintenance and repair of the body equipment and comfort devices.
29. To use the professional terminology of the industry in the state language and in one foreign language (in English, German or Russian).
30. To have a good command of the state language.
31. To master one foreign language (English, German or Russian) at the communication level.
32. To cooperate with clients and provide professional information on the work amount, pricing and other questions the client is interested in.
33. To carry out the work records documents and draw up documents on the provided services.
