The European Qualifications Framework (EQF) is a translation tool that helps communication and comparison between qualifications systems in Europe. Its eight common European reference levels are described in terms of learning outcomes: knowledge, skills and competences. This allows any national qualifications systems, national qualifications frameworks (NQFs) and qualifications in Europe to relate to the EQF levels. Learners, graduates, providers and employers can use these levels to understand and compare qualifications awarded in different countries and by different education and training systems.

    A képzés célja hidrobiológus szakemberek képzése, akik természettudományi, mezőgazdasági, matematikai és informatikai alapismereteik, valamint a hidrobiológia fogalmainak, alapvető összefüggéseinek és ismereteinek birtokában alkalmasak a mára már stratégiai elemmé vált vízzel, a vízi élőlényekkel kapcsolatos kutatás-fejlesztési, gyakorlati és szakmai menedzsmenti feladatok ellátására. Ismeri, használja és fejleszti azokat a terepi, laboratóriumi gyakorlati módszereket és eszközöket, melyeket a modern hidrobiológia alkalmaz, valamint a saját munkájához, illetve kutatásaihoz szükséges. Birtokában van a hidrobiológia tudományára jellemző elméletek, paradigmák és elvek alkalmazói szintű ismereteinek, ismeri a víz, mint környezeti elem és erőforrás fenntartható használatának, hasznosításának és megőrzésének lehetőségeit.     De leerresultaten van deze master bouwen voort op deze van de bachelor in de bio-ingenieurswetenschappen. 1.
