The European Qualifications Framework (EQF) is a translation tool that helps communication and comparison between qualifications systems in Europe. Its eight common European reference levels are described in terms of learning outcomes: knowledge, skills and competences. This allows any national qualifications systems, national qualifications frameworks (NQFs) and qualifications in Europe to relate to the EQF levels. Learners, graduates, providers and employers can use these levels to understand and compare qualifications awarded in different countries and by different education and training systems.

    In de set van acht kernleerresultaten wordt een gezamenlijk leerresultatenkader geschetst voor de drie masters. De gezamenlijke set wordt aangevuld door leerresultaten die specifiek van toepassing zijn op de afzonderlijke masters. 1. The graduate can explain the evolution over time of development concepts and theories in social sciences. 2. The graduate can use these theories to analyse and explain divergences in development outcomes between countries and regions from a multidisciplinary perspective. 3. The graduate is able to critically reflect upon tools and methods to analyse and conduct research, having achieved a basis in both qualitative and quantitative research whilst specializing in one of both. 4. The graduate is able to process social science literature in development studies , i.e. critical reading, reporting, presenting and discussing in relevant fora. 5. The graduate - both in personal and in group - is able to timely produce scientifically founded (policy) documents, literature reviews, papers and dissertations. 6. The graduate is able to present and to debate scientifically founded (policy) documents, literature reviews, papers and dissertations in relevant fora. 7.     1. De master kent de belangrijkste theorieën, benaderingswijzen en concepten van de internationale betrekkingen en diplomatie om de internationale politiek te kunnen analyseren. 2. De master kent de stand van het wetenschappelijk onderzoek in de discipline van de internationale betrekkingen en diplomatie. 3.     Graduates 1. Demonstrate a systematic understanding of key areas of economic knowledge and their recent developments and interaction, as well as an active knowledge of the detailed features of economic problems in specific areas of specialization. 2. Have an active knowledge of analytical and up to date techniques and are able to apply them in the study of economic problems professionals face in their field of application. 3.     1. Possess advanced knowledge and understanding of methods, techniques and tools of Artificial Intelligence and of their relevance and applicability, both in science and industry. 2. Have the required knowledge and understanding of programming languages to be able to productively collaborate with software engineers in the development of an Artificial Intelligence software system. 3. Have the required knowledge and understanding of Artificial Intelligence techniques and tools to be able to engage in professional activities in areas such as Big Data Analysis, Speech and Language Technology, or other application domains of Artificial Intelligence. 4.
