The European Qualifications Framework (EQF) is a translation tool that helps communication and comparison between qualifications systems in Europe. Its eight common European reference levels are described in terms of learning outcomes: knowledge, skills and competences. This allows any national qualifications systems, national qualifications frameworks (NQFs) and qualifications in Europe to relate to the EQF levels. Learners, graduates, providers and employers can use these levels to understand and compare qualifications awarded in different countries and by different education and training systems.

    A doktori képzés a mesterfokozat megszerzését követő tudományos képzésben a doktori fokozat megszerzésére készít fel. A doktori képzés a tudományterület és az azon belüli tudományág kutatási területeihez igazodó doktori iskola keretében folyó tudományos vagy művészeti tevékenység, amely képzési és kutatási, valamint kutatási és disszertációs szakaszból áll. A doktori fokozatot megszerző személy: • Rendelkezik az adott tudományterület tárgykörének, általános és specifikus jellemzőinek, legfontosabb irányainak és pontosan kidolgozott határainak, megállapodott és vitatott összefüggéseinek kutatási szintű ismeretével. • Alkotó módon megérti az adott szak, illetve tanulmányi terület összefüggéseit, elméleteit és az ezeket felépítő fogalmi rendszereket, terminológiát. • Rendelkezik adott tudomány/szakterület önálló kutatásához szükséges kutatás-módszertani ismeretekkel. • Képes az adott szakterület kreatív analízisére, átfogó és speciális összefüggések szintetikus, új szemléletű megfogalmazására és az ezekkel adekvát értékelő és kritikai tevékenységre. • Alkalmazni, illetve továbbfejleszteni tudja szakterületének sajátos ismeretszerzési és probléma-megoldási módszereit. • Képes az elvi kérdések újszerű, eddig ismeretlen gyakorlati vonatkozásainak kreatív kidolgozására. • Képes új projektek tervezésére, megvalósítására, adott tudományterületen kutatást végezni, új technikákat és megközelítéseket kialakítani. ...

    Graduates will have mastered knowledge of individual legal disciplines in the field of economic law with an emphasis on the globalisation of economic law issues and their integration with knowledge from the fields of economics, organisation and finance.
