The European Qualifications Framework (EQF) is a translation tool that helps communication and comparison between qualifications systems in Europe. Its eight common European reference levels are described in terms of learning outcomes: knowledge, skills and competences. This allows any national qualifications systems, national qualifications frameworks (NQFs) and qualifications in Europe to relate to the EQF levels. Learners, graduates, providers and employers can use these levels to understand and compare qualifications awarded in different countries and by different education and training systems.

  9. Logopeed, tase 8

    Logopeed on tippspetsialist, kelle töö eesmärk on patsiendi kommunikatsioonivõime ja neelamisfunktsiooni hindamine, kujundamine ja/või taastamine ning häire ennetamine. Töö koosneb vahetust tööst patsientidega, töö ettevalmistusest ja analüüsist, suhtlemisest patsiendi lähedaste ning teiste erialaspetsialistidega. Logopeedid töötavad erinevas vanuses patsientidega tervishoiu-, sotsiaal- ja haridusasutuses või erapraksises. Tervishoiuasutustes töötamine eeldab kliinilise logopeedi kutset. Logopeed järgib kutse- eetikat ja tema töös on vajalik pidev enesetäiendamine ja supervisioon. 8. taseme logopeedid suudavad teraapiat läbi viia ning nõustada komplekssete ja keerukate juhtumite korral, mis eeldavad aktiivset koostööd teiste spetsialistidega. Nad esindavad erialaste loengutega või koostavad erialaseid juhendmaterjale. Nad juhendavad või nõustavad teisi oma eriala spetsialiste ja/või teiste erialade spetsialiste.     Kliinilise psühholoogi töö eesmärk on psüühilise distressi, psüühika- ja käitumishäirete, puuete ja riskikäitumise hindamine, leevendamine, ravimine ja ennetamine. Kliinilise psühholoogi töö esitab kõrgendatud nõudeid tema eetilistele põhimõtetele ja isikuomadustele. Kliiniline psühholoog spetsialiseerub järgmistele valdkondadele: kliiniline lapsepsühholoogia, psühhoteraapia, kliiniline kohtu- ja korrektsioonipsühholoogia ja neuropsühholoogia. Kliinilises psühholoogias on kaks kutset: 7. taseme kliinilise psühholoogi, töö sisu on inimese isiksuseomaduste, psüühiliste protsesside ja probleemide hindamine ja mõõtmine kehaliste ja psüühiliste haiguste ning inimese psühhosotsiaalse funktsioneerimise raskendatuse puhul; psüühika- ja käitumishäirete psühholoogiline diagnostika; toetav psühhoteraapia; nõustamine; konsulteerimine; õpetamine ja nooremate kolleegide töö juhendamine; eksperthinnangute andmine kliinilise psühholoogia valdkonda kuuluvates küsimustes; koostöö teiste erialade spetsialistidega.
