    The studies of Veterinary Medicine include a foreign language, information technologies, work and civil security, animal anatomy and physiology, animal welfare and zoo hygiene, applied ethology, apiculture and bee diseases, animal fodder, clinical diagnostics, midwifery and gynecology, surgery, microbiology and epizootology, internal non-infectious diseases, etc. Practical studies consist of seven stages: animal anatomy and pathology, pharmacology, surgery and midwifery, epizootology and internal non-infectious diseases, veterinary sanitary expertise, branch and final practical trainings.     1. Programos tikslai: Paruošti aukštos kvalifikacijos informatikos specialistus, kurie turi: a) gerai orientuotis pagrindinėse informatikos mokslo kryptyse ir šiuolaikinėse informacinėse technologijose, mokėti pagrįsti ir įvertinti savo ir kitų specialistų mokslinės-praktinės veiklos rezultatus ir vietą šiuolaikinės informatikos kontekste; b) mokėti savarankiškai formuluoti ir spręsti aktualias informatikos mokslo ir informacinių technologijų taikymo praktines problemas įvairiose dalykinėse srityse; c) būti pasirengę tęsti studijas informatikos ir gretimų mokslo krypčių magistrantūroje ir kitose antrosios pakopos studijose. 2. Išsilavinimo reikalavimai stojantiesiems Priimami asmenys, turintys vidurinį išsilavinimą ir atitinkamą bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos baigimo atestatą (arba jam prilygstantį). Priėmimas vyksta pagal KU Senato patvirtintus nuostatus, kurie nuo 2003 metų yra visiškai suderinti su bendrojo priėmimo į visus Lietuvos universitetus taisyklėmis. 3.
