    Kaikille yhteisissä restonomin ammattiopinnoissa keskitymme matkailu- ja ravitsemisalan keskeisiin sisältöihin: alan liiketoimintaosaamiseen, esimiesosaamiseen, käytännön harjoitteluun sekä kielitaitoon. Ennakointi- ja turvallisuusosaaminen ovat vahvoja juonteita opinnoissa. Opintoja voit painottaa tapahtumaosaamiseen, palvelukonseptien johtamiseen tai suuntautumisvaihtoehdoksi voi valita englanninkielisiä Hospitality Management and Experience Design –opintoja. Kansainvälisiin tehtäviin valmentaa myös mahdollisuus opiskella tai suorittaa harjoittelu ulkomailla. Elinkeinoelämän toimeksiannot antavat mahdollisuuden soveltaa teoriatietoa käytännössä ja vahvistavat samalla monikulttuurisen pohjoisen toimintaympäristön tuntemusta ja kontaktiverkostoja. Restonomin monimuoto-opinnoissa opiskelu tapahtuu pitkälti omaehtoisena työskentelynä verkkoympäristöjä hyödyntäen. Opiskeluun sisältyy luentoja erilaisia oppimistehtäviä ja tenttejä. Oppimisympäristönä käytetään verkko-oppimisympäristöä. Lähikontaktitapaamisia monimuotoryhmillä restonomiopinnoissa on muutaman kerran lukukaudessa 2-3 päivän kokonaisuuksina.     Lapin ammattikorkeakoulussa suoritettavien YAMK-opintojen sisällöt liittyvät monipuolisesti työelämän kehittämiseen ja innovaatiotoimintaan. Opinnot koostuvat kaikille Lapin ammattikorkeakoulun ylemmille ammattikorkeakoulu- tutkinnoille yhteisistä syventävistä opinnoista, koulutuskohtaisista syventävistä opinnoista, vapaasti valittavista opinnoista ja opinnäytetyöstä. Vapaasti valittavien opintojen tarjonnasta tiedotetaan erikseen lukuvuosittain. Restonomi (YAMK) -koulutuksessa kontaktiopetusta on kaksi - kolme päivää kuukaudessa.     The degree programme in Restaurant Entrepreneurship (210 ECTS) consists of core competence (150 ECTS) and complementary competence (60 ECTS) modules. It takes on average 3.5 years to complete. Through close cooperation of the Degree Programme with the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), the Ice Hockey Centre of Excellence (IIHCE) and the Finnish Ice Hockey Association (FIHA) the students are constantly involved in the development of ice-hockey on a world-wide scale.
