  3. Master Programme in the Humanities- Theoretical Philosophy

    The Master Programme in the Humanities provides you with the tools needed to better understand today's globalised world of encounters between peoples, cultures and societies. The Master's programme consists of a Master's thesis (45 credits) and mandatory courses within your selected discipline. In addition, you choose your own courses from the wide selection of open elective courses offered at the Faculty of Arts at Uppsala University. If you do the one-year Master's, your degree project makes up for 30 credits. There are also opportunities for broadening your competence through fieldwork (when applicable), or through shorter internships with businesses or public organisations, NGOs or government administration.     Kultur- och medieproduktion för samhällsvetare och humanister Är du humanist eller samhällsvetare och vill lära dig att kommunicera med digitala och interaktiva medier? Vill du lära dig att arbeta i projekt, samverka med andra aktörer och sprida din ämneskunskap till en bred publik? Vill du lära dig att berätta med video, podcast och utställningar? Då är detta ett program för dig. Utbildningen ger en masterexamen i ditt huvudområde. Du fördjupar dig inom ditt ämne med en akademisk uppsats och samtidigt får du göra en medieproduktion som knyter an till uppsatsämnet. För att göra din medieproduktion får du hjälp av lärare som själva är konstnärer, radioproducenter och filmare. I utbildningsmiljön har du tillgång till bland annat ljudstudio, ateljé och filmutrustning för att genomföra ditt arbete. Specialisering inom ditt ämnesområde tillsammans med färdigheter i medieproduktion ger en unik kombination och en stark profil.
