    Qualifications of PhD education can be obtained by those who exhibit the following competences: 1) knowledge – Having a research-based knowledge about the given field’s general and specific characteristics, and the necessary methodological background related to the specialised scientific discipline. 2) skills – Being able to analyse the given field creatively, drawing up comprehensive and special relations synthetically from an innovative angle, and conduct adequate evaluative and critical reflection. Being able to apply and further develop specific knowledge transfer and problem-solving techniques of one’s field. Being able to detect unexpected issues of the profession, and to explore the research-based theoretical and practical background that is necessary to overcome those issues. 3) attitude – Exhibiting motivation and learning skills that enable one to explore and overcome unforeseen, unpredictable issues of the research field.
