  1. Master of Science in Banking and Finance- Part Time Format

    The part-time format requires a 24 months of part-time study.   It is therefore suitable for professionals seeking to study while continuing their career. Classes take place in full- or half-day sessions Thursday, Friday and Saturday, or Friday and Saturday, every second week of months in which there are classes.  Some months will have fewer classes due to exams, university and school holidays, events and other factors. This master offers a comprehensive curriculum encompassing both classic and more recent areas of the finance discipline as well as the principal functions of banking. It is structured into five components: Core courses, Stream courses, Elective courses, an academic week-in-residence, a master thesis and Elective Practical courses. All part-time students spend a residential academic week at a leading business school where they follow a tailor-made programme based on courses already followed, and intended to deepen their understanding of specific financial topics. The current location of the Academic Week-in-Residence is New York University, Stern School of Business, New York. Part-time students are required to present a Master’s Thesis on a subject of their choice related to banking or finance. The subject must be approved by the advising faculty member.   2. European Master of Small Animal Veterinary Medicine

    Since 1991, the European School for Advanced Veterinary Studies (ESAVS) has been providing training courses for veterinarians wishing to upgrade their knowledge in many areas of clinical veterinary medicine. The ESAVS formalised in 2008 a long-term association with the University of Luxembourg and its Faculty of Science, Technology and Communication.     L’orientation Énergie et Environnement du Master en Développement Durable s’adresse aux étudiants désireux d’acquérir des connaissances en vue de jouer un rôle efficace dans l’approche environnementale des problèmes d’énergie.     La formation a pour but de développer des connaissances dans le domaine de la médiation et des compétences d’encadrement et de gestion de projets d’intervention sociale. Le M1 constitue une formation théorique et pratique à la médiation générale et à la résolution de conflits. Elle est commune à l’ensemble des universités du partenariat et mutuellement reconnue par les partenaires. La spécialisation des étudiant(e)s se réalise en M2 par le choix d’une université partenaire. A l’Université du Luxembourg, le M2 est une spécialisation en Ingénierie de la Médiation.
