  4. Formation Complémentaire des Réviseurs d'Entreprises

    Le certificat de formation complémentaire, visé à l’article 1er du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 9 juillet 2013 déterminant les conditions de qualification professionnelle des réviseurs d'entreprises et des réviseurs d'entreprises agréés, est octroyé par le recteur de l’Université du Luxembourg sur base de l’évaluation des résultats aux épreuves par un collège des enseignants. Le certifiat de formation complémentaire porte sur la législation applicable au Luxembourg en matière de droit comptable; droit commercial et droit des sociétés; droit fiscal; droit et comptabilité des professionnels du secteur financier et du secteur des assurances; droit du travail et de la sécurité sociale; Exigences légales et normes professionnelles concernant le contrôle légal des comptes et les contrôleurs légaux des comptes; et déontologie et indépendance du réviseur d'entreprise.   6. Certificate in Law and Regulation of Inclusive Finance

    The programme aims at ensuring awareness of the topic of law and regulation in the inclusive finance scene, enabling an exchange with regulators and financial intermediaries and facilitating further academic and non-academic cooperation.
