  1. Oikeustiede, oikeusnotaari ja oikeustieteen maisteri (3 v + 2 v)

    Oikeusnotaarin tutkinnossa vahvoina kantavina elementteinä toimivat kansainvälisyys ja painotus oikeudellisten käytäntöjen suuntaan sekä oikeuskulttuurien vuorovaikutuksen ymmärtämiseen. Oikeusnotaarin tutkinto (180 op) on alempi korkeakoulututkinto, jonka suoritusaika on kolme vuotta. Oikeusnotaarin tutkinto antaa valmiudet OTM tutkinnon suorittamiseen. Oikeustieteen maisterin tutkinto (120 op) on ylempi korkeakoulututkinto, jonka suoritusaika on kaksi vuotta. Maisterintutkinto antaa valmiudet lakimiesammatteihin ja jatko-opintoihin. Keskeisenä periaatteena niin opetuskokonaisuuksien sisällön kuin opetuksen toteutuksessa on oppimislähtöisyys. Tutkintorakenteella turvataan vahva akateeminen perusosaaminen sekä perehtyminen tarkempiin tutkimusintresseihin. Yleisinä lähtökohtina oikeusnotaarin tutkinnon toteuttamisessa toimivat myös oikeudenalojen välinen vuorovaikutus samoin kuin oikeustieteen ja muiden tieteiden välinen vuorovaikutus sekä ajankohtaisuus. Yleistiedollisten ja taidollisten aineiden opetus on integroitu koko tutkinnon läpileikaten.     Lærdómsviðmið námsleiðar eru sett fram samkvæmt viðmiðum Mennta og menningarmálaráðuneytisins um æðri menntun og prófgráður 530/2011. Að námi loknu eiga nemendur að uppfylla eftirfarandi viðmið samkvæmt þeim námsárangri sem fram kemur í útskriftarskírteini og skírteinisviðauka. Þekking og skilningur Nemandinn skal tileinka sér almennan skilning á kenningum, forsendum, hugtökum og aðferðum á sviði lögfræði og viðskiptafræði. Námið er á þessu stigi einkum miðað að því að auka skilning nemenda á rekstri fyrirtækja og hæfni þeirra til að leysa úr þeim lögfræðilegu viðfangsefnum sem bíða að námi loknu.     Traditional study at the School of Law is a three year (six semesters) BA Programme. The total credits are 180 ECTS. Instruction in the basic study programme covers all the core subjects of law. In the spring semesters of the first and second year, students work on problem based projects under the direction of a supervisor. These projects demand independent work and a thorough grasp of the study content. In the spring semester of the third year, students are given the option of increasing their specialisation with elective courses or writing a BA thesis.
