    The Music Production and Recording programme provides a viable alternative to a professional internship for students of music and sound. A hands-on experience is guaranteed, as practical exercises are emphasized. The programme includes cooperative projects with the local concert house and regional music events. The programme provides students with different backgrounds a combination of musical and technical study and experience, enabling the production and recording of various musical styles. The Elements of the study can be modified in order to allow for specialization based on the student's individual experience and interests The programme develops the musical and technical skills required by the music recording professionals.   2. Nordic Master in Social Work and Welfare

    In a globalized world, with growing social diversity and increasing international migration, social workers face new challenges and demands. While moving between campuses in Norway, Sweden and Denmark, students learn about Nordic Welfare Models, welfare transition, innovation and user participation. Students spend one semester at each university and select among the institutions for the fourth semester thesis. Partner institutions are the University of Aalborg (Denmark) and the University of Umeå (Sweden).     The programme Postgraduate Diploma (PDM) in Music Performance is designed for students who has reached a high level in their music performance and want a year for further in-depth studies in their instrument/project. The programme encompasses extensive study in instrumental or vocal performance. The year is meant for students wanting to dedicate a year to concentrate on a limited portion of the repertoire (e.g. Norwegian music), technical studies, auditioning practice and repertoire, competition preparations or simply to study with a particular teacher after graduating from a university or academy in Norway or abroad.     In the 21st century, migration processes increasingly contribute to the shaping of societies. The presence of migrants consequently adds emphasis to intercultural relations and communication, which are of key importance for social cohesion. The European Master of Arts in Migration and Intercultural Relations (EMMIR) responds to this trend by providing a state-of-the-art education in theoretical concepts, empirical methods and trans-disciplinary approaches to migration studies.
