The European Qualifications Framework (EQF) is a translation tool that helps communication and comparison between qualifications systems in Europe. Its eight common European reference levels are described in terms of learning outcomes: knowledge, skills and competences. This allows any national qualifications systems, national qualifications frameworks (NQFs) and qualifications in Europe to relate to the EQF levels. Learners, graduates, providers and employers can use these levels to understand and compare qualifications awarded in different countries and by different education and training systems.

  4. Master of Political Science

    Politikos mokslų magistro kvalifikacinis laipsnis reikalingas norint dirbti viešosios politikos analitikais, ekspertais, politiniais konsultantais ir apžvalgininkais. Asmuo, baigęs Viešosios politikos programą ir įgijęs politikos mokslų magistro kvalifikacinį laipsnį, turi: - žinoti viešosios politikos procesą, t. y. kaip identifikuojamos problemos ir nustatoma kaip jas reikėtų spręsti (dalyviai/politikos formuotojai, problemos sprendimas institucijoje (darbotvarkės sudarymas), formuluojama politika, priimami spendimai, kaip jie įgyvendinami ir vertinami); - gebėti kompetentingai spręsti praktinius viešosios politikos uždavinius ir problemas, numatyti jų sprendimo būdus lokaliniame arba tarptautiniame kontekste; analizuoti ir vertinti priimamų sprendimų kompleksiškumą ir veiksmingumą bei numatyti jų padarinius ir prisidėti prie geresnio viešosios politikos formavimo paieškų ES; - mokėti dirbti atsakingai, kruopščiai, savarankiškai ir greitai, organizuoti savo darbą, efektyviai bendrauti su kolegomis ir klientais. Politikos mokslų magistro kvalifikacinį laipsnį galima įgyti universitetuose, vykdančiuose studijas pagal Viešosios politikos studijų programą. Norintiems siekti politikos mokslų magistro kvalifikacinio laipsnio reikia turėti bakalauro kvalifikacinį laipsnį. Neformaliuoju ar savaiminiu būdu išugdyti gebėjimai dirbti Viešosios politikos specialistais nėra pripažįstami. Baigę Viešosios politikos studijų programą ir įgiję politikos mokslų magistro kvalifikacinį laipsnį asmenys gali dirbti valstybės tarnau ...
