Professional Master Degree in Social Work, Supervisor, Consultant (LKrA)

Qualification Information

Planned learning outcomes include competence in organizing the supervision process (individual, group, team and organization supervisions);
- competence in using an adequate anthropological perspective in the supervision process;
- competence in using principles and technologies of caritative counseling and universal communication based in synergy and ecclesial tradition of spiritual supervision;
- knowledge about socio-economic processes and changes in a state, Europe and world;
- competence in performing interdisciplinary scientific research using method of integrative theology and research methodology in supervision.

Skills in organizing, managing and evaluating individual, group, team and organizational supervision in different institutional and organizational contexts, as well the organizing the process of caritative supervision.
Skills in applying reflective, consultative, self-assessing, self-regulatory and conflict management methods in supervision process, and to work out suggestions for improving quality of organizations.

Ability to direct independently the development of one’s own competences and specialty,
- to take responsibility about the results of supervision process and its analysis,
- to use innovative approaches, work them out in the setting of profession,
- to perform job, research, further education and professional development.

1.1. social-economical processes in the state (demographical processes, employment, health care, social security system, etc.);
1.2. social economical changes in Europe and world;
1.3. foreign experience and updates in supervision;

Skills:

1. To plan supervision process, maintained results, supervision duration, the amount of sessions, agreement requirements and other administrative questions.
2. To sign the supervision contract.
3. To formalize documentation connected to supervision process, result summary and evaluation.
4. To evaluate professional problems and needs of supervisee.
5. To lead individual, group, team and organization’s supervision
6. To analyze and evaluate specifics in the professional field and institution represented by supervisee, its needs and resources.
7. To evaluate supervisee’s personal question effect on professional issues and to offer appropriate solution.
8. To use consulting methods during the supervision suitable for person or group.
9. To integrate adult educational models in supervision process.
10. To develop self-evaluating, analytical, self-reflective and self-regulative skills of supervisee, that develop self-control and helps to solve professional problems independently.
11. To perform creative, solution-oriented, structural environment under supervision process.
12. To analyze and evaluate professional development of dynamics and supervision process of supervisee.
13. To improve own qualification purposefully and to take care of professional development.
14. To realize and develop own professional practice independently.
15. To comply with professional and general ethical principles during the work.
16. To use information technologies to perform own professional activity.
17. To comply with legal labor relation standards, personal and organizational data protection, labor safety and fire safety normative act requirements.
18. To comply with environmental regulations.
19. To know the official language.
20. To speak in at least two foreign languages at the communication level, where at least one is used as communication and researching language in the international environment.
