Skills:

1. To be able to establish the church's musical activities in a creative manner, including them in church service.
2. To be able to use musical and liturgical content to enrich the congregation's daily life and promote activity.
3. To be able to evaluate, plan and prepare music for church service in accordance with the church's determined liturgical context of the time, taking into account the type of service (mass, hourly prayers, various devotionals such as matrimonies, funerary ceremonies etc.) and the time of the liturgical year.
4. To be able to involve the organ and other instruments in the church service.
5. To be able to professionally play the organ, as well as other musical instruments both individually and as accompaniment for a choir, ensemble or soloists.
6. To be able to compose song introduction and accompaniment in a creative and professional manner.
7. To be able to compose appropriate accompaniment for liturgical activities.
8. To be able to play organ compositions suitable for the service.
9. To be able to develop and manage work in all areas of music provided by the congregation (adult choir, children's choir, youth ensemble, trumpet choir, recorder ensemble).
10. To be able to keep in touch with the participants and leaders of musical units.
11. To be able to organise the congregation's musical work within the framework of diaconal and mission work.
12. To be able to organise, plan and host musical events within the congregation outside church service such as concerts, performances etc. in accordance with the church's liturgical year.

15. To adhere to the principles of professional and general ethics.
