Pre-Bologna research master's degree in the field of natural heritage protection (no legal status)

Qualification Information

The postgraduate programme in the protection of natural heritage is dedicated to the study of that part of nature to which we attribute special importance and, in particular, of relationships between man and nature with the aim of conserving this part of nature. The modern conception of the protection of natural heritage/valuable natural features is a complex activity that does not only involve thorough mastery of scientific content but also demands administrative and management skills.  By signing international documents, Slovenia has taken on specific obligations regarding the implementation of national legislation in the field of nature protection.
