Course Information

Learning outcomes:
Is able to independently organize and plan their own work and of others, critically analyse and organize their professional and personal development, demonstrates the desire to improve.
Works on the basis of autonomous self-determination and responsibility, without external supervision. Based on the latest research findings, is able to apply innovative solutions in their work

Is able to identify the needs of the person or group of different age or state of health, to summarize the information received, provide the necessary support or direct for the targeted help.
Is able to develop and maintain a professional relationship with the client, identify change steps in customer’s behaviour, monitor the conduct change processes
Is able to determine the personality type, the phase of readiness to change of a group, effectively apply behavioural theoretical models in the intervention programmes for individuals and groups
Develops a plan for a health education session (programme), instruct verbally and visually
Applies active teaching methods and basic principles of modern didactics
Is able to ensure the safety of customers during the consultation and physical activity session
Is able to monitor, identify and assess individual or group behavioural change process and its effectiveness

Is able to apply innovative methods in the areas of personal counselling and health-enhancing physical activity

Is capable of accepting multifunctional solutions and work with employers in the development of health promoting physical activity and health promotion projects for various organizations
Is able to develop strategic plans, create a vision and mission, start their own business and effectively run it
Is able to carry out a market analysis
Is able to manage the risk, financial, human resources, cultural and organizational changes
Understands the political processes, is able to identify the political sources, obstacles and focus groups, develop policy goals and the priorities for action, and predict
Understands the social and cultural context, socio-economic and macro-environmental factors
Is able to monitor and assess the person’s lifestyle and physical activity-related political processes, the outcomes of the political processes,
