The programme focuses on the study and research of higher school, school pedagogy, and branches of pedagogy issues. It gives possibility to make profound research of the above-mentioned issues taking into consideration social, historical and cultural contexts. The methodology, curriculum and the content of the programme are based on the holistic approach to education that opens up opportunity to actualize principles of environmental approach, integration, spirituality, complementarities, critical evaluation,
etc. in the content of the programme and the choice of the research methodologies. The programme envisages possibility to approach evaluation of global and local processes taking place in modern education in their mutually supplementary inter relationship, to carry out the research in the Theory of Pedagogy in order to explain and understand the issues of the 21st century from the point of view of education science and to implement the results of the research in the practice of higher-school, school and branches of pedagogy.
