International Business and Engineering

Course Information

The discipline of International Business and Engineering deals with technological solutions with a view to economics (in companies) at the interface between engineering and business administration.
The master’s programme lasts four semesters and includes the following subjects: Mechanical Engineering & Plant Engineering, Laboratory Tutorial: Manufacturing and Materials Testing, Applied Mathematics and Modelling, International Finance (1st semester); Energy Engineering and Environmental Engineering, Polymers, Ceramics and Nanomaterials, Production Planning, Marketing Cases, Entrepreneurship and Business Plans (2nd semester); Total Quality Management, Environmental Management, Distributed Production and Global Logistics, International Law, Communication & Publishing, Coaching as Management Tool (3rd semester); Seminar for master’s thesis, master's thesis (4th semester). Students can spend a semester at a university abroad. They have to write a master’s thesis.
