A network of centres linking together the Careers Guidance systems in Europe euroguidance promotes mobility, helping guidance counsellors and individuals to better understand the opportunities available to European citizens throughout Europe.
Electronics and Telecommunications Engineers are apt for the analysis, specification, project, industrialization, commercialization and use of products and services using technologies such electronics, telecommunications and computer networks as basis and information technologies as support.

Have completed one of the following university entrance exams (central exams prepared by the Ministry of Education and Science): Physics and Chemistry, and Mathematics
Applications are done through the national admission contest (concurso nacional de acesso) organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education (DGES), or through special higher education contests.

- Plan and design telecommunications systems, data networks, electronic devices (analogue and digital) and signal processing;
