Qualification Information

Graduates of the study program are able:    
- to plan activities in the sphere of fire security and civil defence;
- to analyse and fulfil requirements of the existing normative regulations;   
- to organize and carry out practical training in fire-fighting and civil defence;   
- to act and organize situation management activities in an emergency situation;   
- to monitor activities related to fire safety and civil defence ensuring compliance with fire-fighting and civil defence  requirements;   
- to solve economic, psychosocial and organizational problems related to fire-fighting and civil defence;   
- to analyse and evaluate the results of monitoring and controlling in compliance with regulatory requirements;   
- to create, analyse and use databases, to substantiate planned priorities and their usefulness;    
- to take responsibility for their own work results;   
- to plan and manage team work;   
- to implement requirements of environmental protection and occupational safety regulations;   
- to demonstrate their understanding of the rules of professional conduct;   
- to analyse work results.
