The master’s programme in Counseling Psychology deals with competent counselling and psychotherapy by means of scientific and experimental psychology.
The master’s programme in “Counseling Psychology” consists of 13 modules and covers the following areas: Basics of Counseling Psychology, Approaches to Counseling and Therapy, Advanced Developmental Psychology, Psychopathology, Psychotherapy in Research, Diagnostic Assessment, Group Processes and Group Therapy, Psychopharmacology, Ethical and Legal Foundations, Applied Statistics and Research Methods, Practice and Supervision, an internship (fieldwork) and a master's thesis.
