Qualification Information

A person who has acquired this qualification: safely works in the confectionery department, observes the rules of good hygiene practice, uses and maintains equipment and inventory, selects food products and raw materials, produces yeast, non-yeast dough, and creamy confectionery, produces semi-finished confectionery and decorative items.
